Important information for guests

Getting here, check-in, check-out, and policies

Please let us know what time you expect to arrive on property and plan on meeting us at the Lodging Barn. We will escort you to your property. If arriving after 5:00 p.m. MST, please contact the lodging department at least 24 hours in advance for arrival information.

The Lodging Barn is located at 14175 South Tippett Trail Jackson WY 83001

Check-in Time is 4:00pm.

Snake River Sporting Club Lodging, LLC will diligently work to ensure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 pm. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at the Lodging Barn unless previous arrangements have been made.

Check-out time is 10:00am.

All properties must be vacated by 10:00am on check-out day. If you are planning on participating in any of the Clubs activities you may leave your bags with the staff at the Lodging Barn, but you must be moved out of your unit by 10:00am

An initial deposit equal to 50% of the total rent is due at the time of booking a reservation. SRSC will allow a complimentary hold on a property for 24 hours before payment is required to confirm a booking. The room balance is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

Reservations that are cancelled prior to the 45-day booking window will receive a FULL REFUND. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations made within forty-five (45) days of arrival unless the property can be re-booked at the same rate as the original reservation. A partial refund may be given if only a portion of nights can be rebooked. As there are no exceptions to these policies under any circumstances, we highly recommend purchasing a Trip Cancellation & Interruption Policy.

A departure clean fee will be charged upon departure. The fee is based on bedroom size and will be quoted at time of booking. SRSC reserves the right to increase the fee if more cleaning is required.

All reservations are required to purchase a property protection plan. The plan covers up to $5,000 in property damages and includes things like carpet stains and broken housewares. The plan is $129 and will be posted to your account at check out. SRSC request to be informed of any damages during your stay to begin the claim process.

Snake River Sporting Club Lodging, LLC is an agent for Club owned and independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.

The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

Rental properties may be listed for sale, we reserve the right to show the unit with a 24 hour notice.

Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.

Tenant or tenant’s guests are responsible for any property damage and/ or missing goods during their stay. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods that cost over $5,000 the credit card, we have on file will be charged to cover the property damage and /or missing goods.

No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant’s breach of this provision shall result in the termination of the tenant’s occupancy and a minimum $500 fine.

Group gatherings and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, and family reunions, cannot be held in homes due to County regulations. If interested in event space, please contact the reservations manager for more information.

The minimum age requirement to reserve a home with SRSC Lodging, LLC is 25.

SRSC is not responsible for lost or stolen items from your accommodation or during check in/out. Fees may incur for shipping and handling for lost and found items.

There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electric equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to the Snake River Sporting Club Lodging, LLC and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.


From the airport: Exit out of the airport, turn right onto Highway 89 South. Snake River Sporting Club’s entrance is on Highway 89 albeit with a few turns before you arrive. It should take 40-45 minutes from the airport or 25-30 minutes from downtown Jackson.

Center of Jackson, called Town Square is approximately 9 miles from the airport. Turn right at the traffic light on Broadway, which is a continuation of Highway 89. Travel approximately 14 miles on this road until you reach a traffic circle at Hoback Junction. Enter the circle and take the first right toward Alpine, WY, continuing on Highway 89 crossing the Snake River Bridge.

In just under 3 miles, you will see our red bridge on your left. This is the entrance to Snake River Sporting Club. Just over the bridge you will arrive at the entrance gate. A front gate code is required to enter the property after 5:00pm. Please contact the lodging department for the front gate code. Once through the gate, we will meet you at the Lodging Barn, which is located approximately two and a half miles after you cross the red bridge, to pick up your keys and be escorted to your property.
